ASE Certifications

Every Fall, students are pre-tested in their industry program.  Programs such as Automotive Technology and Automotive Collision Repair use the ASE Entry-Level Certification Program to test their students’ knowledge.  Within this certification program there are several certifications available.  Many students have passed single certifications, however, we wanted to highlight these students who have successfully passed all of the certifications they took this Fall.

Automotive Collision offers two certifications in Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair as well as Painting and Refinishing.  Second-year student, Lily Winchenbach (bottom right) and third-year student, Nick Wall (top left) have both earned these certifications.

Automotive Technology offers 10 certifications in Automatic Transmission, Transaxle, Automobile Service Technology, Brakes, Electrical/Electronic Systems, Engine Performance, Engine Repair, Heating, and Air Conditioning, Maintenance and Light Repair, Manual Drive Train/Axles,  and Suspension and Steering. Second-year students, David Swett (bottom left) and Nate Barnard (top right), earned all five certifications they sat for this fall including: Heating and Air Conditioning, Maintenance and Light Repair, Engine Repair, Main Drive Train and Axles, and Automatic Transmission and Transaxle.  Additionally, last year David earned certifications in Electrical/Electronic Systems, Suspension and Steering, and Engine Performance.  Nate, in his first year, earned certifications in Brakes, Electrical/Electronic Systems, and Suspension and Steering.

Congratulations to all of our Auto Tech and Collision students who earned certifications! We look forward to seeing more certifications earned in the Spring!
